Dr Ambi Srinivasan is a caring and dedicated General Paediatrician committed to supporting children, young people and their families through a warm, patient-centred approach.
Biography:
Dr Srinivasan completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Bond University before undertaking paediatric specialty training through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP). She has worked across a wide range of metropolitan, regional and tertiary paediatric settings throughout Queensland, including Townsville University Hospital and Queensland Children’s Hospital, gaining broad experience caring for children from infancy through adolescence.
With a strong foundation in general paediatrics, Dr Srinivasan has developed particular interest in developmental and behavioural medicine, neurodiversity, and supporting families navigating early childhood concerns. She brings a compassionate, collaborative style to her consultations and values clear communication with parents, caregivers and the wider care team.
Dr Srinivasan is passionate about holistic care and strives to combine evidence-based practice with a genuine understanding of each child’s individual strengths, needs and family context. She enjoys working closely with GPs, allied health professionals, educators and specialists to ensure continuity and integrated care.
