We are a growing paediatric clinic in Townsville dedicated to providing high-quality, multidisciplinary care for children. To enhance our services and support our patient community, we are seeking experienced paediatric allied health professionals (Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, psychologists) to join our clinic.

Service Fee Model Practitioners will operate under an independent contractor arrangement, with a service fee model structured as follows:

• A percentage-based service fee applied to patient billings.
• Includes room rental, reception support, and access to shared clinic resources.
• Monthly invoicing with transparent financial reporting.
